Influence of Experimental Conditions during Synthesis on the Physicochemical Properties of the SPION/Hydroxyapatite Nanocomposite for Magnetic Hyperthermia Application

In this work, we report on the fabrication of nanocomposites based superparamagnetic iron oxide nanoparticles (SPIONs) in combination with hydroxyapatite (HAp) as a platform for drug delivery and magnetic hyperthermia application. First, influence experimental conditions such co-precipitant, bath temperature, pH morphology properties SPIONs was investigated. Then, particles were coated layer further loading anticancer drugs, determining optimal thickness HAp shell. The composite fabricated by wet chemical process characterized optimizing wiring synthesis to obtain spherical material high uptake. SEM TEM studies confirmed round shape core up 15 nm size well-defined After checking material’s properties, temperature dependence time alternating field strength tested optimized experiments.
